Harbert Road Preserve

Nestled on Harbert Road, just east of I-94, the Harbert Road Preserve is a serene 90-acre haven perfect for nature lovers. With its scenic ponds, wetlands, open meadows, and wooded trails, this peaceful spot invites you to explore its beauty from sunrise to sunset. Stroll through fields of wildflowers and prairie grasses, and keep an eye out for wildlife like pheasants. Be sure to wear sturdy shoes, as the blazed trails are a bit of a walk from the parking area. No motorized vehicles or hunting are allowed here.

Directions: From Red Arrow Highway, head east on Harbert Road for about 1.6 miles, watch for the preserve on your right (The entrance is just beyond the I-94 overpass).
